Contextual menu of a wire: Equipotential
properties |
Opens the equipotential properties dialog box, letting you edit common
data for the wires belonging to this equipotential.
This data comes from the wire
style properties.
If you modify the properties of the wire style, the changes will automatically
be passed on to the properties of the equipotential and thus to the properties
of the wires of this equipotential.
Modifying the mark and/or properties of the equipotential only affects
the equipotential for which the command was launched.
Mark
The equipotential mark is calculated automatically by the wire
numbering or entered manually via the wire
mark editor.
Mode: If you select the Automatic mode, the mark is calculated
automatically according to the configuration settings. If you select Manual mode, you must enter the
mark manually in the Mark setting.
Mark: Displays the automatic
mark or is used to enter the manual mark.
Number: Displays the order number
assigned to the equipotential. You can change this number but you cannot
use an existing number.
General
Diameter: Lets you enter the
diameter of the wire.
Section or gauge: Lets you enter
the section of the wire.
Wire size standard: Allows to
select the standard used in the electrical project.
Color: Allows to select the
real color of the wire. This color will
be used in the 3D routing.
Bend radius (x Diameter): Lets
you enter the parameter required to calculate the bend radius (parameter
x diameter = bend radius).
Bend radius: Lets you enter
the bend radius of the wire. This will
be used in the 3D routing.
Linear mass: Allows you to specify
a linear weight (density) for wires with different units (kg/km, g/m...)
to distribute the weight of wire all along his length. This is used in
particular to calculate the center of gravity of 3D assembly.
Signal: Lets you enter the signal
conveyed by the wire.
Associated data
Wire style: Displays the wire
style associated with the equipotential.
Number of wire: Indicates the
number of wires represented by this equipotential (number of lines in
the wire cabling order).
File: Displays the drawing mark
in which the equipotential starts.
Row: Displays the row number
in which the equipotential starts.
Column: Displays the column
number in which the equipotential starts.
User data
The user data fields can
be used to enter all information that you would like to manage regarding
the equipotential.
The Customize... button lets
you access user data management.
