The dockable panels

SOLIDWORKS Electrical uses specific panels to help you in your schematic design. These dockable panels can be placed on the right or on the left of the screen.

The dockable panels contain different tabs, associated to a specific icon. These tabs can be moved from a dockable panel to the other using the drag-and-drop method.

The tab display is managed manually for most of them, using the View menu (Dockable panels section) commands. Some of them are opened automatically such as the Command tab or Cabinet layout tab.
