Educational Edition
The Educational Edition is a version of SOLIDWORKS Electrical

same features as the commercial edition, but data cannot be exchanged
between the two editions.
Installing the software

or in client/server mode.
The type of edition is defined only when the license is activated.

As with the commercial edition, you must activate a license for the
Educational Edition. Refer to the installation documentation for further
information on licenses.
