Contextual menu of a symbol: Edit cross references style...

Groups together all the parameters required to draw the thumbnails representing the cross references.

General

This tab allows you to name the configuration file and to give it a description in any of the languages supported by the software.

Style

General

Lets you allocate a color to the various type of circuit (used, available, whether contained or not in the manufacturer part). Clicking in the column where the number of the color is displayed opens the palette of available colors.

Visible circuit Type: Hides or shows the circuits placed in reserve (not used in the scheme).

Default representation: Used to select Table mode, Parent in Line mode or None to be used on all the symbols for the electrical project when the cross references levels have been set to Use default configuration.

Always use default representation: Allows the default configuration to be used on all symbols for the electrical project whatever their cross references level setting.

Text between cross references: Enter the text that separates two cross references texts.

Parent in table (e.g. a coil)

General

Distance between columns: Indicates the distance between two columns of thumbnails.

Distance between elements: Indicates the distance between two thumbnails.

Maximum height: Indicates the maximum height of the column. If the value is exceeded, a second column is created.

Use title block offset: If this option is activated, the cross references thumbnails are drawn in the area defined by the title block parameters, the Distance to symbol parameter is disabled. Otherwise, the cross references thumbnails are located near the symbol (like Parent in line) and you must enter a value in the Distance to symbol parameter to define the distance between the symbol and the cross references thumbnails.

Distance to symbol: Indicates the distance between the symbol insertion point and the cross references thumbnails.

Mark: Parameters of the text using the component mark displayed above the set of thumbnails.

Terminal numbers: Parameters of the material terminal numbers.

Symbol cross references: Parameters of the texts giving the drawing number and column number where the symbol is located.

The X and Y position of the cross references block in the drawing is configured in the Title block properties.

Parent in line (e.g. a circuit breaker)

General

Space between lines: Indicates the distance between two lines of thumbnails.

Distance between elements: Indicates the distance between two thumbnails.

Maximum width: Indicates the maximum width of the line of thumbnails. If the value is exceeded, a second line is created.

Use title block offset: This option is only available if the electrical project use Imperial units. If this option is activated, the cross references thumbnails are drawn in the area defined by the title block parameters, the Distance to symbol parameter is disable.

Terminal numbers: Parameters of the material terminal numbers.

Symbol cross references: Parameters of the texts giving the drawing number and column number where the symbol is located.

Symbols

Lets you associate a cross references thumbnail with each type of circuit. These thumbnails are symbols, they have connection points and attributes allowing to propagate the numbers of the material terminals.
