Menu: Help

 

Help / F1: Opens the SOLIDWORKS Electrical online help. This help is contextual and you can access it by pressing the F1 key on the keyboard. This opens the section documenting the current feature.

Tutorial panel: Opens the tutorial in the software interface in a pop-up window. The tutorial is also available online.

Documentation: Opens Windows Explorer, where you can find all of the software documentation files.

SOLIDWORKS Rx: Opens the SOLIDWORKS support tool. For more information see the SOLIDWORKS documentation.

Online content: Used to access downloads of part reference archive files from Electrical Content Portal. The downloaded files are automatically unarchived. These files include the latest part updates.

Update subscription: Allows you to check if your subscription is available. The subscription is mandatory to access to Electrical Content Portal.

Check updates: Displays the Installation Manager allowing you to check the available versions.

About: Displays the software version.

Activate license: Allows you to activate the license in the workstation.

Deactivate license: Allows you to free the license to activate it in another workstation.
