Excel export / import

Menu: Electrical project > Configurations > Excel export / import...

Dockable panel > Contextual menu of electrical project: Configurations > Excel export / import...

 

The template files are used for the Excel Export/Import feature.

 

The left part of the dialog box displays the template files available at the application level, in other words, common to all electrical projects. The right part of the dialog box lists all the templates files only available in the current electrical project.

 

New: Used to create a new template file. A wizard opens allowing you to create a new template.

Delete: Used to delete the selected template file.

Properties: Used to edit an existing template file. The wizard opens allowing you to edit the template.

Duplicate: Used to duplicate a template file.

Add to project / to application: Used to add templates available at the application level to your electrical project and, in the same way, to make a template you have created for your electrical project available at the application level.

Archive: Used to create a template archive file. This feature is used to exchange template files.

Unarchive: Used to recover a template file that was initially archived.

 

Rename: Used to rename the selected template file. A dialog box opens asking you to define the new name of the file.

 

Open: Used to open the template within Excel (must be installed on the workstation).
