Electrical projects and Pages

An electrical project is composed of Pages: these could be drawings created by the user (Such as schematic diagrams or line diagrams) or drawings that are automatically generated by the software (Such as terminal strips or reports) or other files (Such as PDF files or DWG files). Project Pages are organized into folders and books.

An electrical project can be used simultaneously by multiple users (in a "Client/server" installation with shared data); the drawings are updated automatically in realtime. A drawing can be opened only by one user.

All drawings created outside of SOLIDWORKS Electrical will not be taken into account by SOLIDWORKS Electrical and will not be included in different processes.
