Treehouse Options

To display Treehouse options:

  • Click .

Template Locations

To use templates in Treehouse, add the folders that contain the templates to the Template Locations list.
Add Opens the Select Folder dialog box, where you can select a folder to add or create a folder.
Remove Removes the selected folder.

Import / Export

Open documents after export Automatically opens new SOLIDWORKS files that are created during export from Treehouse.
Import drawings with models Imports associated drawing files when you import a structure into Treehouse.
Add Opens the Select Folder dialog box, where you can select a folder to search for associated drawing files.
Remove Removes the selected folder.

Name to Display

Use the File name Displays the file name.
Use the Custom Property named Displays a custom property as the file name.

The file name appears blank for files that do not have a value for this property.

View

Group documents below parent Groups nodes with no external references.

Display drawings next to parent Displays drawing nodes within the referenced part or assembly nodes. To show or hide the drawing node, click on the referenced part or assembly node.

Show active configuration name Displays the active configuration name for each node.
Hide background when previewing  
Display the suppressed documents  
Display Quick Help tooltips  
Include file images when saving to Excel  
Display file images on the nodes Displays file images. Clearing this option allows more space to show the file name.
Display file extensions Displays file extensions in the list view and the node view.

Clearing this option allows more space to show the file name.

Display file extensions applies when you select Use the File name in the Name to Display section.
