You can select
specific objects to replace users and specify the Change "Checked Out By"
value for someone who is replacing the selected
user.
Replacing users is
helpful when importing data where there are duplicate usernames. It is also useful when
a user leaves the company and you need to reassign their work to another
user.
You cannot replace users for SOLIDWORKS PDM objects.
