This property is valid only if ICWContactSet::ContactSetType is set to swsContactSetTypeStaticNonLinear_e.swsContactSetTypeStaticNonLinearVirtualWall and ICWContactSet::WallType is set to swsWallType_e.swsWallTypeFlexible.
