The

a mesh BREP body, which converts the mesh BREP body to a hybrid BREP
body.
You can use mixed edges and vertices as sketch references. Mixed edges and
vertices are entities that are located between a standard BREP face and a mesh BREP
face, where you generated the standard BREP face by adding one of the listed
features.
