Copy
The Copy
command allows you to place the selected elements in the SOLIDWORKS Electrical
clipboard. It is used to copy several types of elements and it is available
at various places of the software.
The elements on the clipboard can be inserted or created by the Paste or Paste
special commands.

1. Click the
command.
2. Select the
entities in the graphical area.
3. Validate
the selection.
The elements can be inserted in the same or another drawing from the
Paste or Paste
special commands. The original elements are conserved.

The original elements are kept and they can be pasted to the same class
or another.

The original elements are kept and they can be pasted to a consistent
place (for example, a book cannot be pasted in a folder).
