Default location

Location management: Default location

 

SOLIDWORKS Electrical defines a default location within a project. When a drawing is created, it will automatically be associated to the default location, even if it is dependent on a book another location is associated with.

 

1.     Select the location in the list.

2.     Click on the Default location icon.

 

The default location is shown in picture form.

 

It is also shown with an icon in the dockable panel.
