Electrical project management

When you launch the application, the Electrical project management is the first window to appear.

Two tabs are available. One shows all the electrical projects (All), the other shows the recently accessed electrical projects (Recent).

When the electrical project is shown in blue, it means that it is present in the Electrical project management but that no drawing is open.

When the electrical project is shown in black, it is absent in the Electrical project management and no drawing is open.

When the electrical project is shown in red, it is open on another workstation.

Open: Allows you to open an electrical project. The electrical project is automatically added to the electrical project explorer (side panel).

Close: Allows you to close the electrical project.

Properties: Opens the dialog box of the electrical project properties.

Filters: This command lets you reduce the list of electrical projects by entering criteria.

Configuration: Allows you to configure the display of the columns.

Connected users: Allows you to see the list of users using SOLIDWORKS Electrical and connected to the same Collaborative Server. It also has internal messaging tools, making it easier for different users to communicate.

Interface configuration: Allows you to configure the interface, graphical options and application language.

Application settings: Allows you to configure the application settings, connection to the Collaborative Server, Data directory and license management.

About: Displays information about software version.
