Create a new electrical project
When you create a new electrical project, you must select a template
or create an empty electrical project. If you select <Empty
project> you will need to input all the configuration parameters
for this electrical project.

Some project templates allow you to select the primary language to be
used in the electrical project.
The electrical project properties dialog will be displayed, where you
can input the electrical project specific data.
Note that at this stage you cannot modify the electrical project configuration
parameters. It is necessary to validate your settings, (this creates the
new electrical project), and you can then edit the configuration
parameters.
The newly created electrical project is automatically added to the dockable
panel. When a template has been used, the electrical project will automatically
be populated with the elements (such as drawings or cover pages), that
were present in the template project.
