Menu: File > Exit

Exits the software.

If you open and modify DWG files and then click Exit, the Save as... dialog box will ask if you want to save each open file before exiting.

If you open and modify SOLIDWORKS Electrical Schematic drawings and then click Exit, the application automatically will save the documents before exiting.

Search 'Exit' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
