Saving DraftSight Files to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

When you save a DraftSight file, it saves to the active collaborative space on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

1. Do one of the following:
   • Click Save to 3DEXPERIENCE (Quick Access toolbar).
   • On the ribbon, click DraftSight > Save to 3DEXPERIENCE.
   • Enter Saveto3DEXPERIENCE in the command window or press Ctrl + Alt + S.
   • In Classic, click File > Save to 3DEXPERIENCE.
   • Click Save in the MySession widget.
   The Save to 3DEXPERIENCE dialog box includes the Save to this PC option to save the file locally.
2. If the drawing is new, enter a name for it and click OK.
   The new drawing is auto-locked when saved to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
