You
can
use
the Tasks page to set the user's access to tasks.
You can also grant users access to a task when you create or
edit the task.
To access this page:
- Display the user's Properties
dialog box.
- In the left pane, click Tasks.

Tasks user can initiate from SOLIDWORKS PDM File Explorer. Clear to
remove access permission.

icon is displayed for the
permissions that are assigned based on the user's membership in a group. Hover over the icon
to view the groups from which the permission is granted to the user.
