View Ribbon

You can modify a file view and navigate pages using tools on the View ribbon.

To access tools on the View ribbon:

  • Click View on the ribbon.
  • Right-click in a drawing view.
  • Use the slider bar at the bottom of the drawing.
Some tools are only available for PDF and TIFF files.

Displays

Show All Displays all annotations in the viewer and file exports.

When you extract or balloon annotations, the annotations change from gray to white.
Hide Un-extracted Hides all unextracted (unballooned) annotations in the viewer and file exports.
Hide Extracted Hides all extracted (ballooned) annotations in the viewer and file exports.

Sheet

First Goes to the first page of the drawing.
Previous Goes to the previous page of the drawing.
Next Goes to the next page of the drawing.
Last Goes to the last page of the drawing.
Fit Width Changes the width of a file to fit the viewing pane.
Fit Height Changes the height of a file to fit the viewing pane.
Fit Page Zooms in or out so you can see the entire drawing sheet.

Zoom

Zoom Specifies the drawing magnification.
100% Resets the drawing magnification to 100%.
Zoom In
