Changing Individual Balloon Appearances

You can specify the balloon appearance for individual balloons or for all balloons in the document.

To change the appearance of all balloons in the document, specify Ballooning options.

To change individual balloon appearances:

Select a balloon.
Specify appearances in the Ballooning section of the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager or using tools on the Home ribbon.
