Moving Balloons

To move balloons:

Click Select > Select Tool (Home ribbon).
To move all balloons, click Select > Select All (Home ribbon).
Select a balloon or Ctrl+select multiple balloons.
Drag the balloons to another location.

Search 'Moving Balloons' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
