By default, distances are measured to the center of an arc or circle.
With the
Smart Dimension
tool, you can create:
- Dimensions between arc or circle edges.
- Dimensions between concentric circles.
- Ordinate dimensions to minimum, center, and maximum arc extents
between arcs or between a line or a point and an arc.
Use circumference if you do not want the dimension location to be the center of the arc
