A
Message Bar
appears
at the top of the main SOLIDWORKS window that provides information specific to the active
document.
The type of message bar that appears depends on
the
type of SOLIDWORKS product that you run.
There are four
types of Message Bars:
- Information
- Acknowledgment
- Warning
- Error
Message
bars
can stack and they can appear in several situations. It is usually a warning about a
document state, for example, that your changes will not be saved because you did not
check out the document. A message bar never auto-dismisses - you must manually dismiss
it.
If you click Don't Show Again in
the
message
bar
to dismiss it, you can restore the message. See System Options - Dismissed Messages.
