Routing Library Manager Enhancements

The Routing Library Manager has improved ergonomics and usability, several enhancements have been done:

Improved discoverability and guidance in the user interface by tooltips.
Better management of the connection points and Mate References (create, edit, and delete workflows).
Improved saving and canceling of modifications.
