Determines whether to create chamfers based on specifying two distances or an angle and a length.

0 Creates chamfers with distances specified by the SetChmfDst1 and SetChmfDst2 variables
1 Creates chamfers with line lengths and angles specified by the SetChmfLen and SetChmfAng variables
