Advanced Conversion Options (Adobe PDF)

Use the Advanced Conversion Options (PDF) dialog box to set options when exporting documents to Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).

To display this dialog box:

  • When configuring a conversion task, on the Conversions Settings page of the Convert - Properties dialog box, for Output file format, select Adobe PDF (*.pdf) and click Conversion Options.
  • When initiating a conversion task, in the Convert dialog box, for Output file format, select Adobe PDF (*.pdf) and click Conversion Options.
Export PDF in color  
Embed fonts The font definitions become part of the document, which increases file size but guarantees that the fonts are as defined in the original document.
High quality For drawings only. Shaded views specified in the drawing as draft quality are printed in high quality.
Print header/footer When printing, uses the header and footer specified for the selected documents.
Use specified printer line weights When cleared, the default printer line weights are used.
Reset All Resets the options to factory defaults.
