Reference Center of Mass in Drawings

Center of mass is a selectable entity in drawings, and you can reference it to create dimensions.

In a drawing, you can create reference dimensions between center of mass points and geometric entities, such as points and edges.

To reference the center of mass in drawings:

1. In the model, click Insert > Reference Geometry > Center of Mass to insert the center of mass point.
2. Save the model.
3. In the drawing, in the FeatureManager design tree, navigate to the component that contains the center of mass point, right-click the Center of Mass entity, and select Show.

   The center of mass appears in the drawing and you can add dimensions to it.
