MeasurementScaleFactor Property (IDimensionStyleLinearDimensionOptions)

Gets or sets the measurement scale factor, which increases or reduces the size of all linear Dimension entities except the linear Dimension itself, and which allows linear Dimension entities to be scaled to suit the drawing's aspect ratio.
