Gets or sets whether to flip the direction of the length ratio offset of this secondary structure system up-to member.

This property is valid only if ISecondaryMemberUpToMembersFeatureData::SecondaryMemberOffsetType is set to swSecondaryMemberUpToMembersDistanceFromEndType_e.swSecondaryMemberUpToMembersDistanceFromEndType_LengthRatio.
