Drawing Elliptical Arcs

You can draw an elliptical arc using the Elliptical arc command.

Do not use elliptical arcs for generating electrical schematics. They are not managed by the electrical project database.
  1. Click Draw > Elliptical arc .
  2. Optional: For a new elliptical arc, define the center-point, both axes of the ellipse, and the two end-points of the arc.
  3. In the dockable panel, the following options are available:
    Option Description
    Click to end the command.
    Enter coordinates Enter a value for the X and Y coordinates. These two coordinates are separated by a comma (for example, 150,125).
    Distance Enter the length of the first and second ellipse axes.
