You can configure reports.

To access Report configuration files management, do one of the following:

Click Electrical project > Configurations > Report .
In the dockable panel, right-click an electrical project and click Configurations > Report .

Search 'Configuring Reports' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
