Callout width

Specifies how callout widths, as defined by the number of characters that can be displayed, are determined:

  • Variable (based on callout text) - Sets widths based on callout text; the longer the text, the wider the callout.

You can optionally specify a Minimum callout width. For example, if you want all callouts to be at least two characters wide, specify 2.

  • Uniform (same as largest callout) - Sets all callouts to the width of the widest visible callout. Hidden callouts are not considered when identifying the widest callout.

VariableVariable, Minimum callout width = 2Uniform
Note: These options affect the number of characters a callout can display. Actual callout size can vary based on callout shape, font family, and font size.
