Markers Pane

The Markers pane lets you manage animation markers and milestones.

Use markers to flag significant points in your animation, and then control your animation using these markers. For example, you can play an animation until the next marker by defining a playmarkersequence:// event link. See Create and Handle Animation Markers.

Create milestones to identify key moments in the timeline, and then use these milestones to produce a set of images illustrating the 3D scene at given moments in time. See Create and Handle Milestones.

To display the Markers pane, click Window > Show/Hide > Markers.

Note: The Markers pane is active in Animation mode only (not View mode).
