Accessing and Customizing (Default) Document Properties

With Composer, you can customize properties for the current document (Document Properties), or properties that will be used by default for all documents (Default Document Properties).

Notes:
  • Some Document Properties pages are available from publication dialog boxes, such as Save As Composer and Save As Package.
  • Application preferences and default document properties are shared by all versions of Composer applications (Composer, Sync, Composer Player) installed on a given computer. The registry settings created when you change application preferences or default document properties are not removed when you uninstall Composer.
  • Administrators can restrict which document properties and application preferences team members can modify. See Disabling Document Property and Application Preference Modifications.
