Creating and Updating Views

In the previous topic, you modified the color of the LPattern part. When you modify a view, you must decide whether to update the view, create a new view, or discard your changes.

Moving Actors

Drag the initial view to the viewport.
A message box tells you the current view has changed.
In the message box, click Save.

A new view called View 1 appears in the Views pane. The initial view is unchanged.

Tip: You can also create a new view at any time by clicking Create View in the Views pane.
Right-click View 1, click Rename View (F2), and type My View.
In the viewport, select any part and change some properties.
In the Views pane, click Update View .

Your property changes are saved.
