Setting User Preferences and System Options

The Options command lets you configure program operating parameters, customize settings and shortcuts for commands, and set other preferences.

The following sections are available in the Options dialog box:

To search for specific options in the Options dialog box:

  1. In Find, type a term or system variable to search for related options.
  2. In Find, type a term or system variable to search for related options.
  3. In Find, type a term or command variable to search for related options.
  4. In the drop-down list, select an option.
  5. In the Options dialog box, the option displays.
