Updating Field Information

You can manually update Fields in annotations in the graphics area.

To update Fields:

  1. Click Insert > Rebuild Fields (or type RebuildField).
  2. In the graphics area, specify annotations.
  3. Press Enter.

    Fields embedded in annotations are updated.

Tip: Alternatively, you can right-click annotations and from the context menu, select Update Field.

Access

Command: RebuildField

Menu: Insert > Rebuild Fields

Ribbon: Insert > Data > (Flyout) Rebuild Fields
