You can save filters for future use.

Set up the filters you want to save.
All filters
(such as
board, holes,
and
components)
are
saved to the filter file.

Click the Tools tab (top of the
CircuitWorks application), then click Export
Filters
from Filter
Settings.

From the Save As dialog box,
select a destination folder and enter a file name, then click Save.
CircuitWorks saves filter files in CircuitWorks Filter File
(.cwf) format.
