Checkbox controls switch between two predefined values. You can control
the elements that are available in each state.
Drag a Checkbox control from the palette
on the left into a group box in the center pane. In the pane on the right, set
attributes as described below.
Custom Property Attributes
Name |
Controls the name of the custom
property that the user creates in the SOLIDWORKS software. You can
enter a name or select a name from the list. The list is populated
by the properties.txt file. |

Defines the default state of the
check box when a user accesses the Custom
Properties tab in the SOLIDWORKS software. Select
Unchecked or

Advanced Options
Controls the elements that are available in the SOLIDWORKS software when the
check box is checked and cleared.
- Click the selection box under Checked
. Then, in
the center pane, select the elements that you want available in the SOLIDWORKS
interface when the user selects the check box.
- Click the selection box under Unchecked
. Then, in
the center pane, select the elements that you want available in the SOLIDWORKS
software when the user does not select the check box.
