Applying Layers and Colors to Hatches

You can apply hatches to specific layers. When you apply a hatch to a specific layer, the hatch inherits the show/hide, print on/off, and color properties of the layer.

To apply a hatch to a specific layer:

1. In the graphics area, select the hatch.
2. In the Area Hatch/Fill PropertyManager, under Layer, select the layer.
3. Click .
