You can save existing
Toolbox
components in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform while saving an
assembly.
-
Open an assembly that
references
to existing toolbox components.
If you open the assembly without connecting to the
3DEXPERIENCE platform, the
Status column in
MySession displays
for
the toolbox component.
- With
an empty Toolbox cache:
- If you open an assembly from the local work
folder, the Status column
in MySession
displays
for the toolbox
component.
- If you open an assembly from the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, the Status column in MySession displays for the toolbox component.
- With Toolbox components in the Toolbox cache: If you
open an assembly from the local work folder or the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, the Status column in MySession displays the same status as in the Toolbox
cache.
When you open existing assemblies that
reference
to the Toolbox components, the Create Parts option is activated irrespective of the
earlier settings. All these Toolbox components are retrieved or created in
the directory specified to generate the Toolbox parts.
-
Click Save.
Generally, the component is available in
3DSpace
and is in the
