Columns

Columns settings are where you specify the order of how the measurement results appear in the CMM output file.

To display this dialog box:

  1. In the CMM Data Import pane, click Settings .
  2. In the Settings dialog box, select a template and click Edit .
  3. In the CMM Template Editor dialog box, click Columns.
Column Marker Specifies the name of the first column heading.

For example, in PC-DMIS, enter AX.
Column Headers Specifies the value for the fields exactly as the column headers are displayed in the CMM output file.
The Plus Tol for Virtual DMIS is UPT, and for PC-DMIS it is +TOL.

Leave any Column Header that is not in the CMM output file as blank.

MeasureMax does not have a Column Header for Bonus.
Column Header Range Specifies a range of character spacing, which locates the data when a Column Header is not available in the imported files.
