Adding Files to a Project

You can open more than one file at a time. The files open in separate tabs of the same project. When you have multiple files open, you can extract dimensions from each drawing to include in the project.

To add files to a project:

Click ADD CAD/PDF File(s) (Document ribbon).
In the dialog box, select a file and click Open.

Search 'Adding Files to a Project' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
