Creating Project Templates

You can save settings for default measurement units, Microsoft^® Excel^® export settings, ballooning settings, default tolerances, and project properties and save them in a project template.

1. In a project, click Options (Home ribbon).
2. In the dialog box, under Project Options, specify options:
   • Characteristic
   • Export
   • Extraction
   • Ballooning
   • OCR
3. Click File > Save As > Inspection Project Template.
4. In the dialog box, enter data and click Save.
   The project template is included in the Project Template dialog box the next time you click New Project .
