Welcome Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to create a new library, or import or open an existing library.

To display the dialog box:
  • Click Tools > Routing > Routing Tools > Routing Library Manager, and click Cable Wire Library Wizard , Component Library Wizard , or Covering Library Wizard .
You can also open either wizard from the Windows Start menu. Go to SOLIDWORKS Tools version > SOLIDWORKS version Routing Library Manager > wizard.
Create a new library Creates a library and lets you add values for the attributes associated with the library.
Import a library in Excel format Imports library data from an Excel spreadsheet to create a library.
Open an existing library (XML format) Opens an existing library and lets you edit the attributes associated with the library.
