Rotating the Camera

You can rotate the camera around a selected look-at point.

To rotate the camera:

Do one of the following:

Press Alt + click and drag.
In the toolbar, click Camera Tools > Rotate , then click and drag.

Search 'Rotating the Camera' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
