The parallel entities returned by this method can be parallel or non-parallel to the start and end reference entities.

The number of members created = (IPrimaryMemberRefPlaneFeatureData::GetReferenceAxes * IPrimaryMemberRefPlaneFeatureData::GetReferenceLocations)
