SOLIDWORKS Electrical has multiple configuration files. These files can be used
into application-level or electrical project-level.
The configuration files contain all the parameters that you need to manage your
electrical scheme.
Electrical project-level configuration parameters are stored at the electrical project
level. The settings apply only to the specific electrical project.
Application-level configuration parameters apply to all electrical projects that use the
configuration.
You can access the configuration files in two ways:

- PLC Drawing
- Terminal strip drawing
- Connector
- Connection label
- Cross references
- Reports
- Design rules
- User data
- Import data
- Data replacement
- Excel Import / Export
- Palette
The following options can differ, depending on the configuration file that you
open.
