Graphic data is stored in libraries that are grouped in the
Management dialog boxes. Graphic data
Managements (such as Symbol management) let
you edit existing elements and add new data.
There are four graphic data Management dialog boxes: Symbol management
(such as Scheme, Wiring Diagram, Terminals), 2D footprint management,
Title block management, and Macro
management.
These Management dialog boxes have common features, such as importing DWG
files or the ability to archive or unarchive files. A specific environment is available
to improve the graphical content of SOLIDWORKS Electrical. A graphical interface and
commands on the Draw and Modify menus let
you create or modify symbols, title blocks, and 2D footprints.
