Wire Termination Type Management

You use wire termination types to define how cable cores or wires are connected on components. They are grouped in a specific Management dialog box in which you can find the main used wire terminations. You can add or edit your own wire terminations.

Wire termination types are managed on the components (connection points of the symbols) and on the manufacturer parts (terminals) and have specific attributes to propagate their data. A dedicated report lets you synthesize all the wire terminal types used in the electrical project.

To access the Wire termination type management, click Library > Wire termination type management .

In the Management dialog box you can add, edit, or delete wire termination types.
